  4. Transfer the mask into a small container.

  4. Wash the mask off with natural shampoo.
  5. Rinse well.

This recipe is meant for single-use only. Use this mask once every 2 weeks to get shinier, healthier-looking hair. Mix another batch for every use. Long storage is not recommended as this may spoil in between use.



Yogurt-Olive Oil Hair Mask

The combination of yogurt and olive oil conditions hair and promotes healthy hair growth. The essential fatty acids in olive oil help strengthen hair follicles. Eggs add nutrition to hair. The sulfur in the egg also helps balance oil secretion for healthier, softer hair.


  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  2. Place mask in a small shallow container.


  1. Rub the mask between the palms before applying onto wet hair.
  2. Massage the mask gently from scalp to the tips of the hair.

  4. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes.
  5. Rinse the mask off with cold water.

This recipe is for single use only. Apply repeatedly at least once every 2 weeks to promote healthy hair growth and repair.



Deep Conditioning Yogurt-Honey Hair Mask

This recipe works for dry, frizzy hair.


  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey


  1. Place yogurt and honey in a small shallow bowl.
  2. Mix well with a spoon.


  1. Place the mask on the palms and gently rub a few times for even application.
  2. Apply the mask onto the scalp.
  3. Gently massage and spread the mask towards the entire length of the hair.
  4. Massage well until the entire scalp is coated.
  5. Let the mask sit on the scalp and hair for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Rinse well with lots of lukewarm water. If preferred, apply a small amount of your usual conditioner on the ends of the hair.

This recipe is for short to medium-length hair. For longer hair, double the amounts indicated in the recipe. Use this treatment once a week to restore damaged hair.
